DRW Terms and Conditions

In the event that you are not able to attend a reserved Workshop, you may request using your deposit for a workshop on a different date. As long as we have available space we will accommodate. Reservations may be canceled for a full refund as long as DRW is contacted by email at least 72 hours/ 3 days prior to your scheduled reservation. If cancellation is made with less than 72 hours notice material cost will be refunded however the reservation fee will be kept by DRW.
DRW never sells or shares your information. We collect only what is necessary to process your payments and provide a compelling experience.
All Dream Ring Workshop, Diamond Hunt Workshop and Gem Hunt Workshop promotional material including but not limited to website, packaging,and videos are copyrighted materials and can not be used without permission in writing form DreamRingWorkshop.com
All participants are required to behave in civil manner and agree to refrain from drug and alcohol use during the workshop and further agree to interact in a civil and courteous manner with various vendors they will come in contact with throughout the workshop. Participants further agree to abide by all law and regulations put forth by New York City and the State of New York.
Any participants who violate this agreement will be asked to leave the Workshop and will forfeit their workshop deposit.

Refund Policy

In the event of a material misrepresentation by a vendor as assessed by gem lab appraisal DRW will arrange for replacement or full refund of workshop material costs, whichever the participant prefers.)
Process for return (if in the event the end of day gem lab appraisal indicates a material difference between what was represented in corresponding receipts the participant may verbally ask their DRW consultant for a replacement or refund. In the absence of a consultant a refund request may also be made by email.
In the event of a refund all money will be returned within 15 business days from refund request.
Contact: In the event a participant would like to request a refund, the participant may in person with the DRW consultant on the day of the workshop or within 10 business days after the workshop by e-mail @ jniland@DreamRingWorkshop.com
